Troubleshooting¶

Fix common problems.

• My content isn't showing on my website: Work through these checks if a tour, tooltip, highlight or popup isn't appearing for your visitors.
• The Flook Builder says this site isn't in your allowed websites: Understand the messages the Flook Builder shows when the website you're on doesn't belong to your company, and what to do.
• "Target element no longer found on this page": Fix a tooltip, highlight or tour step that can't find the thing on the page it's meant to point to.
• My tour doesn't start, or starts again from the beginning: Find out why a tour isn't starting when you expect it to, and what to check.
• I can't sign in or reset my password: Solve common problems signing in to the dashboard or the Flook Builder.
• See an item again while testing: Make a highlight, popup or tour you've already seen show again, so you can check it on your live website.
