Update your profile and password

Change your name, email address, profile picture or password.

Who can do this: All Flook users

Steps

  1. Go to Settings. You can get there from the left-hand menu, or from your name in the top-right corner. Editors go straight to Profile. Admins should click Profile at the top of the page.
  2. Change your First name, Last name or Email. Each change saves when you click away from the box.
  3. To change your profile picture, click Avatar and choose an image. It saves straight away.

Change your password

  1. On the Profile page, next to Security, click Change password.
  2. Enter your new Password.
  3. Click Save.

To stop without changing it, click Cancel change password.

What happens next

When your details have saved, you'll see Successfully updated!.

Troubleshooting

"First name is required"

Your first name can't be left blank.

"Sorry, that file is too big (Max 5 Mb)"

Choose a smaller picture, up to 5MB.

"This field must be at least 8 characters"

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. The message tells you which one is missing.
