View an item's or tour's details

See a summary of a tour, tooltip, highlight or popup in the dashboard, including where it shows and who last changed it.

Who can do this: All Flook users

Steps

  1. In the dashboard, go to Tours, Tooltips, Highlights or Popups.
  2. Click the row you want. A details panel opens.

What you'll see for a tooltip, highlight or popup

  • Name: you can change it here. See Rename or delete an item.
  • Page Targeting:
    • Include: the pages it shows on
    • Exclude: the pages it's hidden on, if there are any
    • CSS Selector: the element it's attached to (not shown for popups).
  • Details: Status, Created, Last Updated (with who did it) and Created on (the page it was made on).

What you'll see for a tour

  • Name
  • Tour Flow: each page group in order, with its address and its numbered steps
  • Details: Status, Entry Page, Steps, Groups, Created and Last Updated.

What you can do from here

At the top of the panel:

  • Edit opens it in the Flook Builder.
  • Publish or Unpublish.
  • Delete.

To change page targeting or steps, click Edit. You can't change them in the dashboard.

Troubleshooting

"No groups/steps found for this tour."

The tour doesn't have any steps yet. Click Edit to add some.
