Find your way around the dashboard¶
A quick guide to the main areas of the dashboard and what each one is for.
Who can do this: All Flook users
The left-hand menu¶
| Menu item | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Company name (at the top) | Switch between companies, or add a new one. See Work with more than one company. |
| Install | Install the Flook Builder and copy the snippet for your website. |
| Tours | See and manage your tours. |
| Tooltips | See and manage your tooltips. |
| Highlights | See and manage your highlights. |
| Popups | See and manage your popups. |
| Themes | A short video introducing themes. You create and edit themes in the Flook Builder. |
| Settings | Your profile, plus company, website, team and invoice settings for admins. |
| Help | Opens this help centre. |
Banners and Checklists are marked SOON. They aren't available yet.
The top bar¶
- Click Flook in the top-left corner to return to the start.
- Click your name in the top-right corner to open your account menu, which has:
- Create a company
- Help Docs
- Settings
- Log out
The trial banner¶
If your company is on a free trial, the bottom of the left-hand menu shows how many days are left.
- Admins see Upgrade now.
- Editors see Ask an admin to upgrade.
