Work with more than one company

Switch between the companies you belong to, or set up a new one.

Why you might have more than one company

Each company has its own content, websites, team and billing. You might belong to more than one if, for example, you're an agency managing Flook for several clients.

Your role can be different in each company. For example, you could be an admin in one and an editor in another.

Switch company in the dashboard

  1. Click the company name at the top of the left-hand menu.
  2. Choose a company. If you have lots, use Search.

You stay on the same page, now showing the other company. If you're an editor in the new company and you were on an admin-only page, you're taken to Profile.

Switch company in the Flook Builder

  1. Click your company logo in the main menu (Switch companies).
  2. In Choose Company, click the company you want.

The Flook Builder may also ask you to choose a company if the website you're on belongs to a different one of your companies.

Add a company

  1. Click the company name at the top of the dashboard's left-hand menu, then Add Company. Or choose Create a company from the menu under your name.
  2. Enter the company name and click Continue.
  3. Enter the company's main website and click Finish.

You'll be an admin of the new company.

Tips

  • Each company has its own snippet. Make sure you copy the right one from Install.
