Find your tours, tooltips, highlights and popups¶

Search, filter and sort everything you've made, in the dashboard or the Flook Builder.

Who can do this: All Flook users

In the dashboard¶

In the left-hand menu, click Tours, Tooltips, Highlights or Popups.
To search, type in the search box, for example Search tooltips by name or URL.... You can search by name or by the page an item was created on.
To filter, use the status list: All statuses, Published or Draft.
To sort, click a column heading: Name, Created or Last Updated.
Click a row to open its details. See View an item's or tour's details.

Each list shows:

Column	What it shows
Name	The item's name
Status	Published or Draft
Pages and Steps	For tours only: how many pages and steps the tour has
Created and Last Updated	How long ago
Publish	Change whether it's published
Actions	Edit and Delete

Open the Flook Builder and click List Tours and Widgets.
Choose the Tours or Widgets tab.
Use Search, or the filter icon to show Published only and change the sort order.

Tooltips and highlights that are steps in a tour don't appear on the Tooltips and Highlights pages. You'll find them inside their tour. The dashboard reminds you: "Looking for Tour steps? Tooltips and highlights used inside Tours are managed within each Tour."
Long names are shortened in the list. Hover over a name to see all of it.

Nothing matches your search or filter. Click Clear Filters to see everything again.
