Apply a theme to an item or tour

Choose which theme a tooltip, highlight, popup or tour uses, so it matches your brand.

What a theme is

A theme controls the look of your content, including:

  • fonts and colours
  • buttons and spacing
  • borders and shadows
  • the launcher icon
  • tour controls.

Using the same theme everywhere keeps your content consistent. Changing a theme updates everything that uses it.

Apply a theme to a tooltip, highlight or popup

  1. In the Flook Builder, open the item.
  2. On the Essentials tab, under General, choose a Theme.
  3. Click Save.

Apply a theme to a tour

  1. Open the tour in the Flook Builder.
  2. Click Tour General Settings (the sliders icon).
  3. Choose a Theme.
  4. Click Save Tour.

Every step in the tour uses this theme.

Tips

  • New items use the Light theme, or the same theme as the last item of that type you created.
  • To make a new theme, choose New Theme at the bottom of the Theme list. To change the selected theme, click the pencil next to it. See Create and edit a theme.
