Sign up and create your company

Create your Flook account, set up your company and tell Flook which website you'll use it on.

Who can do this: Anyone

Before you start

If a colleague has invited you to their team, use the link in your invitation instead. See Join a team you've been invited to.

Steps

  1. Go to app.flook.co.
  2. Next to Don't have an account?, click Sign up.
  3. Enter your Email, First Name, Last Name and Password.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. On the Welcome to Flook screen, enter your company name and click Continue.
  6. Enter your main website, for example www.yourdomain.com.
  7. Click Finish.

What happens next

You land on the Install page. It walks you through installing the Flook Builder and adding Flook to your website.

You become an admin of the company you've just created, so you can change all of its settings and invite your team.

Tips

  • If you paste a full web address, such as https://www.yourdomain.com/pricing, Flook keeps only the website part (www.yourdomain.com).
  • Your main website must be a single website. You can't use a wildcard like *.yourdomain.com here.
  • You can change your main website, or allow other websites, later. See Manage your websites.

Troubleshooting

"This field must be at least 8 characters"

You may also see a similar password message. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include:

  • an uppercase letter
  • a lowercase letter
  • a number
  • a special character, such as ! or ?

The message tells you which one is missing, for example "This field must have at least 1 special character".

"Something went wrong"

Your account couldn't be created. Check your details and try again. If you already have an account, click Log in instead.

"Website must be a domain name like www.example.com, without a wildcard, port or path"

Enter just the website, such as www.yourdomain.com, with nothing before or after it.
